Interested in having an event here at Nomad, here are some frequently asked questions.

Private Events at Nomad Distilling

How many people can attend my event?

It depends on what style event you’re having. Seated dinners 80 people, cocktail style events 120 people. Our space is unique in that you can rent different areas pending the type of event. Inquire for more details.

Who provides food & beverage?

We do! Due to our liquor licensing all beverages, alcoholic or not, must be provided by us. We also have a full kitchen with an amazing staff and have a great menu (that will be sent your way after you complete inquiry form) and love working with clients on their food selections! At this time we do not allow outside caterers.

Can I bring a cake?
 Yes, you can definitely bring a cake or themed desserts like cupcakes or cookies. However, we do provide other desserts including s’mores bars.

Can we decorate? 

Yes. We allow 1-hour prior to your event time for setup.
 

Are kids allowed on the property?

Yes, though not at the bar. If supervised by an adult and of course anyone we consider underage will be carded by our bartending staff. 

Is there parking?

We have enough parking spots for 60 vehicles. We encourage people to carpool.

What is included in event rental fee? 

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Staff

  • Disposable-ware (napkins, plates, silverware) or china and glassware depending on style of event

Do you have a “blank space”?

No. Our space is no hotel ballroom. It has a lot of existing character and charm. If booking our Tasting Room keep in mind it is a retail space which means there are items on our shelves. We love our Tasting Room and the aesthetic it provides is unique to this area! We hope you’ll check us out!
